I wrote this poem about a situation that's currently going on with my 14 yr. old daughter.

This is a poem I wrote about my daughter Sunday. It has no title at the moment.

I hope she will see this.

Who is my daughter?

She has become a stranger,

since this Wednesday past.

She lies, and plays games with this

wretched woman.

She thinks she's her friend.

She is not.

I have to do battle to protect

my daughter's mind, body, and soul.

She sees not what I see.

Knows not what I know.

My years of wisdom trying to help,

protect and guide her years of

sweet innocence.

I must pry this wretched womans

hands away, to break her lies and

curses.

I must awaken my daughter to

what they truly are.

Sadly apart of her innocence will

be forever lost. This is the cost.

It breaks my heart and tortures

my soul.

My tears are flowing.

I will apply restraints upon this

wretched woman.

My daughter will be broken free.

In time she will see...

My love for her will always be.
